The 2018 application has two parts which are independent of each other, the application and the payment. Please complete both. The deadline for both the application and the payment is Sept 30, 2017.

Part 2) Pay membership dues – there are two ways to pay membership dues (which are $150):
- Submit payment online (major credit/debit cards are accepted, a Paypal account is NOT required)

If your application is not accepted for any reason, your payment will be refunded. There will be no refunds of membership dues after November 15th.
